The Shoals Town Marshal’s office, led by Marshal Matthew Copeland, operates out of Shoals Town Hall at 221 Low Street, Shoals, IN 47581 (mailing address: PO Box 1078). The Marshal is responsible for law enforcement, public safety, and maintaining records of incidents within the town’s jurisdiction. Below are the procedures for filing police reports and accessing related public records.

Filing a Police Report

Emergencies: Dial 911 for immediate assistance.
Non-Emergencies: Call or visit Town Hall during business hours [Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (with a brief closure from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)]. If no answer, leave a voicemail with your name, contact info, and incident details.
