Annual Leaf Pick-Up

November 17th - November 20th, 2025

Residents of the Town of Shoals should rake any leaves they want collected into a pile, ensuring it is no more than three feet from the roadway or curb. Please do not place leaves directly onto the streets. Additionally, avoid positioning leaf piles near drainage ditches, as this could block water flow and lead to flooding. It is important that leaf piles do not include sticks, rocks, or any other debris, as this can damage the leaf machine and result in delays in collection.

The leaf machine will operate within the incorporated Town limits on specified days to collect properly placed leaf piles. Residents may also call Town Hall at 812-247-2110 to request a pick-up.
